JULY Friday 4th July 2008 The first ever gay and lesbian dance party is coming to Macarthur (NOT A COA EVENT) The social event is the first of its kind in the area and community support will see it be continued throughout the year, including a Halloween costume party. Local all-girl band, The Frocks, will play on the night as well as a DJ and free mic for the boys. Contemporary music will be played as well as tracks from the 70s, 80s and 90s. Food available before 10pm. Some of the night's proceeds will be donated to Youth Suicide and a local animal shelter. This is an 18 years and over event. Tickets are $16 and can be pre-booked or purchased on the night.
