COME OUT BUSH FOR EASTER Friday 2nd April till Monday 5th April Come Out is planning a trip to Parkes and Dubbo for the Easter weekend. A BIG QUEER EASTER WEEKEND Meet local queers and support the Come Out Central West branch. We'll be staying in Parkes at the Parkes Hotel. We leave Sydney on Good Friday around noon and should arrive around 5.00pm. Just in time for a good old fashioned country BBQ at Bushman's Dam in Parkes. Saturday will include a trip out to "The Dish" and other local sights, including Forbes and a few other towns. We'll have lunch at the "Bogan Gate Hotel". Saturday night we'll have dinner and music/dancing at the Parkes Hotel. On Sunday we drive to Dubbo to visit the Western Plains Zoo and have dinner at the Milestone Hotel. We come back to Sydney on the Monday. The cost will be $100.00 which includes accommodation, transport, breakfasts and a BBQ or two. Other costs will be your meals and drinks at the pubs or elsewhere, and entry to Dubbo Zoo. | Parramatta is the very heart and soul of Western Sydney. It is the centre of the Sydney Metropolitan Area, and now home to a branch of Come Out Inc. Parramatta has a strong and rich Gay History and we aim to not only continue the tradition, but to build on it and create our own. We organise pub and club nights, movie and theatre evenings, café and restaurant outings to the many vibrant eating venues Parramatta has to offer, day trips, weekends away, attend other COME OUT branch events (especially Penrith) and support different community organisations events and functions right across Western Sydney. Come Out will be actively involved in the Parramatta Pride Picnic this year We invite you to come along to any of our events and get involved with your local Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer community in the Parramatta District.
